NASA/GSFC Code 583 Greenbelt MD "Shoan, Wendy C. It appears that GMAT-2016a_Beta is somehow copying itself to a subdirectory under /private. The GMAT-2016a was left intact in my home directory after unzipping the download.
I downloaded GMAT-R2016a_Beta.app after the announcement of GMAT-2016a was posted.

We replaced the original Mac package on SourceForge with an updated zip archive late last Wednesday (10/16).
